The hostel was mind-blowingly awesome! The location was super convenient, just a short 20-minute walk from the train station. The staff were jaw-droppingly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast included was absolutely amazing and the dining area was really comfortable. The shared kitchen had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The hostel even had a cool leisure/TV room and a handy lift. The VIP check-in/-out service was a great bonus. We were also pleased that there were no pets allowed, as we have allergies. The paid airport shuttle service was so convenient and made our trip much easier. Lastly, the 24-hour reception ensured that we had support any time we needed it. an unforgettable experience!

During my Christmas stay, I found the hostel to be in a prime location, just a short walk from the main attractions and Christmas markets. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. the communal area was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had complimentary beverages, making it easy to relax and enjoy the holiday atmosphere with fellow travelers.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the lack of provided shower gel or soap in the bathroom was inconvenient, as I had to purchase these essentials myself.

I really got my money's worth at this hostel. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, close to both the city center and the Jewish quarter. The staff treated me with great kindness and hospitality throughout my stay at this hostel.
If I had one small suggestion to make, it would be to improve the variety of breakfast items.
